  • Splenda! lol I tend to try to find alternitives...If I am craving chocolate I will go out and no sugar added pudding...It curves the craving but without all the sugar....Fruit is a good substitute as well.

  • I am having a good day, and I wanted to see who else is having one! So..What was the highlight of your alls day? Mine was: Today was the first day I stepped on the scale in over a month...And to my very happy surprise I have lost 10lbs!!
  • It's both. I wanna go back to healthy, and for me healthy was b/n 145 and 155 and b/n a size 5 and 7. I just wanna feel happy in my own skin.
  • Diet pills are never good! Most the time they are caffiene. Stay away from them! The only way to effectivly lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise. End of story.

  • I have what I call the ultimate snack plate. it contains: Snow peas (for somthing sweet) Strawberries 2 thinly sliced pieces deli style turkey (protein) A mini bagle w/ lowfat cream cheese grapes Wonderful...Oh and a diet pepsi included! It definetly fills me up...and it's all of about 400-500 calories :drinker:
