I'll accept a friend request anytime. It's always pretty great if someone wants to be your friend, but I want friends that are actually present and actively logging. If someone isn't logging, I send them a message and remind them to log or to see if they're on vacation or something. I want my friends to do the same thing…

I'm so impressed with all these cool careers! I'm an employment lawyer. Dull.
-
I love this place! Feel free to add me!
-
What a story! Add me. I'm new, but I'm addicted to MFP!
-
Well done! You look amazing and I bet you feel amazing too! Congratulations!
-
I want the same thing!
-
I do this too. I'm making an effort to do the exercise as soon as I get home and then I make dinner and tackle my other house duties.
-
I'm on week two! Loving MFP. Feel free to add me!
-
Love this. Well said.

Wow. I know how you're feeling and where you're coming from. Sometimes it is difficult to get ourselves in the right mindset, especially when things feel like they are not going as you'd hoped. But girl, I have to tell you, you inspire me! 52 pounds?! That's one hell of an accomplishment and you should hold your head high…

Fort Worth! I love it here!

I think your progress is great! I focused on endurance rather than speed or distance. I just wanted to be able to run. I say keep going and give it your all. Your endurance will eventually translate into increased speed and distance. Great job!

Theres's another oen here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/658267-30-day-shred-group-start-july-8th Either one is great!
-
You can add me. Also, there is a group on MFP that is starting JM 30 Day Shred on July 8. That's a good way to start working out with a group of buddies. I'm planning to do it!
-
I just joined too. Quit WW. This has so much more support! Add me as a friend if you want.
-
Definitely in! I was just thinking this and then saw the post. Thrilled to be with a group!

Hey there! 5'4" and 159 (so a bit heavier than most of you), with three kids. Friend me!
-
That's a great idea. I would have probably not logged it, but this would really help me out.
-
I feel the same way about guys losing weight!
-
I'm in Fort Worth, but grew up in Spring, TX - practically neighbors! Good for you for doing so well! As an attorney, those restaurants are killers for me too because I'm out with clients and at various catered events all the time.
-
That's so impressive and motivating!
-
Bahahaha! But he's right, you do have a lovely smile!
-
Well said!
-
Sounds like you're doing everything right! Just remember that if you give up, you will only undo all your hard work. You're almost there. Just be persistent. Remember it is a lifestyle, so you can't just give it up. Best of luck!

Way to be strong!!!

I'm officially addicted to this site and would love to help cheer you on! Friend me!

@dookie 382 -Just do whatever feels comfortable for you. The point is to build endurance, not speed. Walk at a brisk pace for you, run/jog at a comfortable pace for you. That's the genius of it!
-
I've done it before and LOVED it! I hated running, so this was a really big deal. It's doable for anyone.

Good luck!
