This has been a breakthrough week for me on my journey, especially with NSV as the scale hasn't moved much in the last 10 days or so. People are starting to notice my weight loss which I find very motivating! I had a teammate at women's practice this morning point out my new found sort of abs to everyone in the locker room…

I've had a couple this week! I've taken my kids bike riding in the neighborhood and I can definitely feel a huge difference in how my bike seat fits me now. Doing any movements/stretches on the floor is becoming rather uncomfortable with my new lack of padding back there. I'm starting to notice the way my body shape is…

Sometimes it takes a little extra time for our minds to catch up and/or realize what our bodies are truly capable of! Your mind can also try to talk yourself out of a lot more than what your body can do - don't let your mind hold you back! ***of course, listen to your body and don't push through something just to push…

I have 3 weeks left in the Transformation Challenge at OrangeTheory so I've got my get down to 145 pounds mini goal, but also adding the mini goal of staying under 20 carbs per day these next three weeks. I was doing well with it last week but then slacked off a bit this last weekend. I'm tightening back down and getting…

While reffing hockey last night, one of the guys asked me "How much weight have you lost?!". Not "Have you lost weight" plus I was wearing my ref gear so it's harder to notice. The difference in question feels important but also, this is the first comment I've had after starting back on my journey back in November!

I generally try to stop eating about 2 hours before a game since I think I perform better on an empty stomach too. It's so funny how about half of the time, I'm not hungry after hockey and then the other half I feel soooo hungry. I can't think of why that would be since I do generally tend towards eating too much overall…

I'm down 11 inches since Jan 6th! Even some of my hockey gear is starting to fall off of me and it's even more expensive than replacing the clothes that don't fit anymore. :D

Hit my mini goal of 150 plus a bit - weighed in at 149.4 this morning! Next mini goal is just getting to 145 because for some reason 150-145 is such a tough spot for me. I have to tighten down and make sure I log every single thing accurately. My goal maintenance range for right now is about 138-142 so I'm getting close!

I appreciate that!! I ate plenty of calories before hockey, the ice cream after wasn't ideal however. :D Hockey didn't even start until *after* the time I usually cut off eating each evening so this was definitely a snack!

It sounds like we living the same life basically - same exact thing getting down to 145 few years ago, then back up to low 160s. Getting more serious again now too and literally 151.4 today. :D Let's crush this!

Accidentally posted in the mini goal thread, it's been a day! But my most recent NSV is that I have to tighten my Apple Watch down another notch and I had to actually tie my running shorts today since they're falling off now!

Posted in the wrong thread, oops! :D Editing to say that my mini goal is to increase my base pace at OrangeTheory by .1mph every other workout. (Base pace is a pace that is challenging but doable for about 30 minutes.) I'm three workouts into my increases and holding strong!

Me: 8 LNS: 4 Streak: 0* I sort of went back and forth in my head trying to justify my bag of chips after dinner last night. I was still under my calories technically, but I didn't need to eat that bag of chips so LNS obviously won. Today is a new day though!
