I'm in; i was supposed to start another group on Jan. 1 but that didn't happen; looking forward to seeing results if i stick to itl I've only done running the last few years so shaping up too will be a change; thanks for starting this.

I am out; I ate enough calories to last me a week; one of those days; also those nice ladies in the bakery were giving out free samples of pies and I spent almost an hour food shopping and eating Hope everyone stays strong through the month; All of you are doing great; see you in January; I love this challenge.
