i personally like cardio better than weight training.....but from my experience with losing weight so far....i have noticed that it is essential to use both. i have always looked at cardio as melting fat and weight training as toning the fat (i could be wrong)...but they both play an important part in your body composition.

i have stretch marks and i hate it!!!!!!! i am eventually going to find something to help get rid of them......hopefully!!!!

i cant say that i have names exactly.....i have situations lol........for example.....i was walking one day(this was a few years ago).....somebody yelled out and told me "to get my fat *kitten* back in the house"..... and also one time i was at a gathering and this lady said "let me get to the table and get my food before…

i am definitely an emotional eater.......i have not done it in awhile..so i am proud of myself that lol

i always eat before my morning workouts.......i like to have something to burn and i dont like feeling like i am running on empty!!

i want to post a pic of my dream body, but i dont know how lol.....but I want to be slender, lean and toned and have my BMI down 10%....I still have a good bit of work to do....but i should have my dream body sometime next year:wink: !!!!!!!!!

i usually try not to make faces......i make my faces from the inside lol......but every now and then one might appear on the outside (especially when you feel that great burning sensation)!!!!

i dont want children and cant stand children..........i am too self-centered to think of someone else and I am just being honest with myself........I always put up a front when I come in contact with children.....treat them nice and respectly and be happy when their parents take them back lol.
