A monkey shake made with a frozen banana and unsweetened chocolate almond milk. Or "cherry cheesecake" made with a half cup of cherry sugar and fat free yogurt, and a half cup of cottage cheese.

I buy walmart (great value) light italian it's only 7 calories per serving.

I drink diet coke, or diet pepsi every weekend. Probably 1 or 2 Litres a week, which is a lot less than before. Eventually I will give it up, but right now it's my vice.

Usually black but sometimes I will make a latte of sorts with some vanilla almond milk and a packet of stevia if I need sweetness.
