Mine was when the Dr. said my blood work indicated that I was at a very high risk for a heart attack! That did it for me. I am only 37, way too young to have those issues.

Hot Chocolate. Whenever I fell like I want sweets or chocolate, I have a hot chocolate (only 60 calories) and it curbs the craving and fills me up.

I just had mine out on March 4/13. No issues whatsoever. I could have gone back to work in 5 days but my husband thought that was too soon so I took 7 days total. I had this happen as well and I was already drinking a ton of water a day. It only seemed to happen at intervals of weight loss when my body shape was changing. Thankfully mine wasn't too bad though. It happens once and a while now but not as often as before. Like other posters just keep the water up.

I did not, and will not give up carbs and have been able to lose weight. Moderation is the key with carbs and everything else.

Very Simple Answer: I ate too much of the wrong food. I loved eating out and was lazy when it came to making meals. My husband and I would eat out 4-5 nights a week because we didn't feel like cooking. And of couse when we were out I never chose healthy options, because let's face it, who goes to a restaurant for a salad…
