A cup is 8 oz. :3 but grams for veggies will vary. Usually I go by the look of the portion. A fist is around a cup although it may also vary.

That would be a hassle for me. I can control my sugar cravings and say no but pumpkin pie...It's like a drug for me. One bite and I need more. Hehehe. ^__^;

I've gained a bit of weight since I started strength training again. I'm guessing it's muscle. So the weigh in tomorrow won't look so pretty. Lawl. But I lost a bit off my waist. XD

You see, logging is not enough. You also need to exercise. Even though MFP adds the calories you just burned, thus, giving you the excuse to eat more, it doesn't work that way. There will be times when you need to take out a few calories (like 100-200) and stick with that number just to lose weight. Least, that's how it is…

Hello! I'm 3 months away from turning 21. I'm 5'4" and weigh 178.6 LBS. Working on losing 58 more lbs for an ideal weight of 120 or so. If anyone wants to add me for some positive support, add me! I'm quite amiable, really.

I also go at an average of 4-5 lbs. My best was 8lbs (2 lbs a week is my goal but all our bodies are different). All I can say is, Patience. Take it bit by bit. We're all getting there!

Mmm. Sounds like someone hit a plateau. The best I can think of you doing is: a.) Keep your calorie intake low on your non-workout days.
