Happy Friday everyone!! Well...it's been a bad week for me. I've been relying on sugar far too much this entire week but today it stops. You need 3 - 4 days to detox off sugar and change how your body burns fuel. Starting today no sugar and by Monday I should be in much better shape. Work has been too stressful these days…
