Great job! The first few days are the hardest then it gets easy! Amazing all the hidden sugars out there plus the natural sugars (fruit). Natural sugars are ok to eat as they are balanced out with fiber but still need to be mindful and not rely on them because you are craving sugar 😀 a great learning experience!!

I am in, I am going to start on January 1 but already working to cut down on sugar. I have also done this in the past and a couple of Whole30‘s and always feel so much better afterwards!!

I have also experienced the same thing. Sugar is truly a drug and makes you crave it more and more and more. Don't forget to watch out for hidden sugars, it's important to read those food labels and look for added sugar!

Sorry I have been MIA - I twisted my knee a couple of days ago so haven’t been doing any yoga but it is finally feeling better - I think I will take one extra day off and start back up tomorrow!

Days 6 and 7 completed. Yesterday was short as I was running out of time, but I did some forward folds which always help my poor hamstrings!

Day 4 done of "Home", 5 days straight for me. I have already started to notice my forward folds are easier...hamstrings are just starting to let go!

My cat just loves when I do yoga - especially cat/cow. It's her chance to under me and rub against my arms and legs. Too cute!! :)

Day 1 of the video series done! Did anyone notice Benji dreaming - his back legs were twitching. TOO CUTE!!! My legs are SO tight but they will slowly loosen up over the next few days.

Day 1 completed - I did an easier one (Yoga for Joy) to start my month off. I moved back in October and have only done yoga maybe 2 times. It will be interesting to see how long it takes for my muscles to loosen up :)
