I eat high carb (75-80%) and it has helped tremendously with my weight loss and muscle gain. Is is that you're not getting enough protein, or wrong carbs? Love to help.

I'd say close enough! I think I eat around 15% and still find it to be the most successful for me. I hope you're doing well! Thanks for the response. :)
