I'm screwed, it's a pillow! LOL

What an inspiring story! All the more inspiring because you did it yourself, through a healthy diet and exercise. You show that with discipline and dedication it is possible! You will never regret doing this now. The world is ahead of you, and you are ready for whatever it brings!

My son is grown and is a husband and father himself now. But, if I had to do it over again I would stay home or just work part time. Especially since as a nurse I have had to work nights, weekends and holidays his whole life. It can be done, but it goes by so quickly I want to go back and savor it this time. ps-Being…

You sound like me! I have been so disciplined and consistent and then the past few weeks I can't get out of my own way. I even posted about it this morning. I know I can push through this rut and I know you can too. I'm sending a friend request, we can help put each other out of it!

This! ^^ It's your weight, log it. It's only cheating if you are doing something to make it lighter like tying helium balloons around your waist or something. ps-congrats on a great run and a great loss!

I can't say I have ever scanned through the friends list of any of my MFP friends, male or female. So, I have no idea if they have only female friends. Trolling through their lists seems a little creepy to me.

I'm not really familiar, but it sounds frightening and intriguing. I'm going to look those guys up! :glasses:

I have been on SO many bad dates. The first really bad date I had was with a guy that hounded me to go out with him, he promised me an unforgettable time. Finally I said yes, he picked me up and we went to the convenience store and he got about $100 of scratch tickets and he 'let me' scratch them for him.... Then we drove…

I made tuna with greek yogurt for the first time the other day and it was so delicious! Who needs mayo?

You are right, eating well is not enough to be really healthy and lose weight. I work out at home. I had a treadmill and a friend gave me an elliptical machine. I also found a strength training program online for FREE (Jamie Easons LiveFit 12 week plan) and I use some free weights I've had forever. You just have to DO it.…

That's wonderful!

Beautiful, and I love your style!

If it weren't for your tattoo I wouldn't believe it! You look amazing!

What I have to say may sound a little *****y, and it's not meant to. I applaud you for pushing through the pain and staying on plan to lose weight. But, what kept you from losing the weight before you gained 66 lbs? Losing weight was just as 'easy' then as it is now, if not easier. I know one thing. Everyone has their own…

#1-Waterchestnuts...that is NOT food. Then, in no particular order. Pizza, chinese food (though I like it if it's homemade), any sweets with nuts in it...tollhouse cookies, brownies with nuts, peanut M&M's, rocky road ice cream. (exception-snickers bars, yum!), I despise frozen dinners and mango ice cream.

Wow! MrsFickle, really impressive. I love before and afters and this thread is two great ones in one!

Great job! I love your costumes too and that you are so into character! :glasses:

You will get a lot of advice about breaking up, and 'other fish in the sea'. People will say that breaking up is hard to do and that's an understatement! As much as you try to make a drama free clean break someone is always stuck on their knees, pressing their face against a screen door and crying for all the neighbors to…

I can't wait to see your photos! Even without the photo's working right now I just want to say Great Job!!! 90 lbs is an amazing accomplishment!

Some people just want to see the world burn!

I usually don't comment on peoples choices with their children. Their kids, their rules. But, I am especially qualified to speak on evil since my nickname is EC (Evil Cheryl). And, you are truly evil for forbidding trick or treating for your children because you want to go to zumba and don't want the temptation. It is a…

Looking good! So many people gain weight in college, good for you for losing!

LOL!

You don't irk me, and now I am all ready no matter what happens. (even a zombie apocalypse!) :glasses:

There are no words that will ease your pain, but I am truly sorry for your loss. Those of us who have experienced a miscarriage never forget the child that we never got to hold. Give yourself time to grieve, take care of yourself and your husband (he may handle this very differently, men can be really quiet about their…

What beautiful results! In your after picture you would never guess that you were ever overweight. I love before and afters!

It's supposed to be really windy, and they are saying that lots of people are going to lose power. I live in the middle of the woods, so restoring power isn't going to be a priority here. I'd rather be prepared for a few days without power than not.
-
Oh, what good suggestions! Some I already have but I didn't think of others. :)

I'm amazed by your photo's! Just beautiful. :flowerforyou:

I so love your before and after photo's! You inspired me when I first joined MFP, and you are still doing it! <3
