I use agave nectar and put in half a fresh banana and thawed frozen strawberries. SO GOOD! I have to agree with someone else who said that the Fage fat-free plain is easier to get down than the Chobani though.

Happy Saturday!!! Did Burn it Off and Extreme Abs today. I really don't like her abs routines but they are effective. I was in the mirror this morning and I am noticing a reduction. I also flexed in the mirror at work yesterday and my biceps, personally, are the bomb.com!!!

I use the Trader Joe's unblanched natural peanut butter (creamy). The only ingredient in it is peanuts. You can check out the #s for that. It's in the database. heathersmilez, the TJ PB I mentioned above does not get hard and is very easy to spread straight out of the fridge.

Time, I just remembered you asked about the resistance bands. I did the TF Sculpt 30 class yesterday using the bands and, believe me, it was CHALLENGING!! Alarm goes off at 4:05. I'm dressed and ready to push play no later than 4:15. I shower then do some contracting work from home before I get my kids up at 6:30 to get ready for school. If the instructions say to machine wash it, why are you scared to do what the manufacturer instructs you to do? You get better reads when you wash the strap at least once per week.
