well cheese pizza is about 250-350 cals per piece, so prolly a little bit more than that since veggies have cals too

I have been drinking tea instead of milk in the morning, but I just put lemon in and no sugar whatsoever. I will drink milk after i workout because my body is usually craving the protein.

You burn the same amount of calories no matter if you walk or run a mile. Mostly because they are the same distance. If you walked 2 miles or only ran 1 mile than you will burn more calories walking the 2 miles because it is further distance.

My only suggestion is to not work the same muscles everyday. You really need to work different muscles each day or you can really hurt yourself. Also, remember to stretch whatever muscle you worked. Good luck :)

You're allowed to have 1 cheat day once in a while, but my advice is to always have a water bottle wherever you go. The water will fill you up and most likely, if you just ate and say you feel hungry an hour after, that's really your body saying you're thirsty. Also, I suggest drinking water in between meals.
