I keep a bag of Kisses handy and I'll eat just a few, and I'll let them melt slowly in my mouth to savor it. This def keeps the craving in check. I also love Skinny Cow candy bars and fudgesicles.

@hairista I'm assuming that's for me, as chests don't have eyes... thanks! You too. =] @Duc... sexy beard.

Well, other than the obvious (like being generally creepy or uncouth), I have a few that I've experienced: Unappealing voice (it's my one shallow thing) littering being too attentive (it's creepy if I barely know the person) being overly negative rude to wait staff If they talk about their ex's Being too sexual too soon

AND SOUPS! Lol... I'm on a roll. I'll make a big pot of soup with loads of veggies like cabbage, squash, carrots, celery, onion... I'll often use chicken bouillon (a big thing of it is super cheap), if I don't have stock around. And I'll add spices like cumin and rosemary. I'll either keep it just veggies or I'll add a…

Oh! I also forgot pita pizzas! I get whole grain pitas, a jar of pizza or pasta sauce, bag of low fat mozzarella, turkey pepperoni or chicken breast that I cook and sliced veggies. I'll bake them or just throw them in the micro if I'm too lazy. You can also stuff half a pita pocket with the toppings for a pizza hot pocket…

Bacon. Bacon cheeseburgers. Anything with bacon and or cheese. Fried things. Doughnuts. Cheesecake. Cake in general. Nutella. I don't ever buy Nutella. I will eat the whole container at once. Haven't had it in years. lol

What I do is I make meals with not a lot of ingredients and I'll eat the leftovers through the week. Casseroles are a must for the poor, I grew up on them. Here are some things I'll make: Macaroni and Cauliflower Bake: Box of whole grain macaroni about 3 cups grated sharp cheddar steamed head of cauliflower, or bag of…

So cute! That's an awesome feeling. I can't wait for my favorite little dress to fit again. It's a purple cotton strapless with a lacy hem. I call it my lucky dress because of so many good memories attached to it. I'll be posting pics when it happens, believe me! You rock!

Awesome job!!! 90 pounds is incredible!! But I do have to say, your before pic is adorable regardless. =]

This guy has it pegged. I don't do it totally purposefully, my philosophy is to watch what I eat but don't obsess over a calorie limit or a routine, mainly because it's hard to maintain in the long term. And you know what? In all the times that I've lost a large amount of weight, I have yet to plateau once. Weight loss…

A diet like that can be a great jump start, but I agree with everyone else, it's not at all going to be sustainable. Allow me to let you in on a little secret I've learned from my own experience: weight loss isn't nearly as difficult as people tend to make it for themselves. If you tally up all the pounds I've lost in the…

You look fantastic! Your before pics are super cute too, but you look a lot younger now. ==]

Lemme get this straight.... you have lost over 18 pounds since the beginning of JUNE? Um, that's a pretty awesome loss. The reason why you're plateauing is absolutely starvation mode. If you're only taking in 1200 cals and doing heavy duty working out your body isn't getting nearly enough calories to function, thereby…

Hell no! But I'll take yours...

I love my job. I never have to get out of my pj's or even my bed for that matter, if I don't want to (I usually don't). lol

I have found that sticking to a calorie number religiously is the best way to plateau quickly. Your metabolism will get used to it and that will be that. The best thing to do is use your daily goal as a guideline and nothing more. I go well over my number fairly regularly and I don't have a problem at all with losing the…

Metamucil really helped me when I first started. I'd have a serving after each meal and it helped tremendously at curbing my appetite. I've also used Wasa crackers for the same purpose, but I found they're hard to eat to many of. Both options are way low in calories.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one! I always feel like I'm so paranoid for thinking those thoughts. lol

Feel free to add me too! I can relate big time. I'm a huge emotional/stress/boredom eater. The past couple of years have been hard on me as well. So much stress/depression/anxiety from very difficult situations, life changes that I did not want but didn't have much of a choice over. I gained somewhere around 60 pounds…

@makemewanna... With that delicate face? Seriously? I Imagine you can pull anything off. And thank you. My hair is actually sort of long in front. It's an exaggerated "A " cut. =]

I totally have the skin and age fears. I also think about how I may be treated differently because I'll be more attractive, like guys who are normally jerks will turn into wolves in sheep's clothing. I also have a (hopefully!) irrational fear that because I'll be more attractive I'll be more of a target for assault, like…

I spent 5 years in NYC and I've seen many an adolescent out and about in the subways and so on alone and with their friends. If a 13 year old can survive a NYC subway without being kidnapped, I think your kid would be safe at a mall with her friends if she's a reasonably smart kid, at least. I even remember a journalist…

Mine is Danielle, a Hebrew name, which means "Judged by God". Ironic, being that I'm agnostic. lol

I've seen a lot of fakes and the majority do not look good. However, I lived with a girl who had them done and they looked totally natural, partly because she went to one of (if not the) top surgeon in NYC, and partly because she chose a size that she could pull off. Still, they did not feel totally natural. I would say…

The weirdest one I've had by a few people, oddly enough is "Your hair is like asian hair, but better". Also: "Your voice is like a cozy down comforter for my ears". lol

Adorable all around!

"If you don't wanna go to Fist City you'd better detour round my town Cause I'll grab you by the hair of the head and I'll lift you off of the ground...." Fist City, Loretta Lynn  OH OH OH! even better: "You're the reason our kids are ugly little darlins'. Oh, but looks ain't everything, And money ain't…
