You have to go to Settings, and it'll have a check box on it. :) It's: Home / RP / My Topics / Settings / Search. Just click settings. :) (That's if you want it on forum posts, I see it on your profile btw)

I started Leslie Sansone, she's a walking instructor, and I'm pretty sure if I could do it (being the lazy person that I am) then you can too. Hopefully this helps? :) P.S: She's more like a beginner, she's a lot less violent then P90X and Insanity. :)

Take what you drink (Pepsi) and the amount. Divide it by two, and replace a half with Seltzer water, hope this helps!: )

I plan to lose about 80, and I find that following MFPs calorie count really works! I'm also taking it really slow, 10 pounds at a time. I'll add you both. :)

I think the Wii Fit Plus (by experience) is fantastic, I would recommend it! My twin sister, who is also trying to lose weight used Wii Zumba for while and burnt at least 500 calories per dance. I recommend the Wii Fit Plus!! :) It's motivational, but not as much as this site is!
