Enjoy the birthday meal. Exercise and drinks lots of water. One meal or even one day will not ruin your efforts, but don't keep leftovers around.

I am a Cathe fan. I don't think that Cathe and JM 30 workouts are even close. Some of my favs are as follows: Cardio and Weights Pyramid Upper Body Low Impact Cardio HIIT Kick Punch and Crunch Yes, I get results with Cathe workouts.

I've had that experience and had to get orthotics. Leg exercises which improve flexibility also helped.

I don't eat as much as I did months ago. I don't desire as much junk.

You will see results by using Cathe workouts: http://cathe.com/

Barbie, I hope all goes well with your move. Cathy, jogging is great. I’ve always enjoyed the feeling of a good jog or run. Michele, you always seem to do a good job of mixing up your exercise. I’m working in some Firm with Cathe. Also, Cathe is coming out with a spinning DVD. Sissy, I read The Help and enjoyed every page.…

I love bean sprouts. I like to add some onions, mushrooms and Newmann's Asian Salad Dressing.

:flowerforyou: Stopping to say Hi! I hope that everyone has a great week. Remember, you are probably doing better than you give yourself credit for doing.

Awesome progress

Only if you ate about 14,000 more calories than you needed, otherwise it is probably water weight.

 Natalie, I am glad to know that you are in recovery. As stated above, don't push yourself. Allow for recovery. Sissy, congratulations on your 51st anniversary. That is an accomplishment. I don't hear of many long marriage anymore. My husband and I recently celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary.…

Hi Everyone. Barbie, thanks for the article about the scale. I’m avoiding the scale and having a weigh-in once a month. In theory I am doing what I plan to do for the rest of my life. Thus, the scale should not be a major factor in my habits. Kackie, I’ll let you know how giving up wine works out for me. I miss my glass of…

:flowerforyou: Hello Everyone, This is the last official month of summer. Let's enjoy all the fresh produce and outside walks, bike rides and just looking at the trees and flowers. I did not reach my July goals.:noway: Truthfully, I almost forget that I had some. July became more of a maintenance month than a weight loss…

 Barbie, you always have the best advice. Good luck with your move. Michele, two JM workouts in one session is great. I think her DVD's are a little easy, but challenging at the same time. :flowerforyou: Welcome to all the newcomers. Have a great day!

:flowerforyou: Hi Everyone, Amanda – I am sorry about your loss. :frown: Natalie, I do hope you find some relief for the pain. Jeanne, sometimes I feel as though MFP is similar to a 12 step program. The support is similar. Yes, food addiction is much harder than the ones you mentioned. I would love to hear…

Hi, I hope everyone is doing fine. I missed you all. I enjoyed my vacation. Did not worry about calories; at lots of good food. Didn't get to exercise much. Did eat at Lady & Sons :drinker: ( Paula Deens restaurant). The meal was good and every bit fattening as you might expect. I think it may take me a week just work off…

:flowerforyou: Hello Everyone, I have not been posting as much during the past week. I've been really busy with activities and work. I hope everyone is enjoying the summer. We are having a heatwave in the Chicago area, which explains why I was dripping with sweat during my workout. I am on track with my fitness plan, but…

Same experience. I also find that I want more junk when I drink diet soda. For that reason, I should avoid diet soda. However, everyone is different. You should decide how the beverage makes you feel. Another thought - if in doubt - leave it out.

1. That size matters 2. That I can eat lots of veggies and fruits for half the calories of a little junk. 3. That diet drinks cause stomach bloating 4. That a full hearty breakfast does matter and helps diminish hunger during the day

You should aim for the weight you feel comfortable maintaining. Maybe you should consider working on toning rather than weight loss. Toning will reshapes your body; weight loss shrinks the body.
