Wouldn't it be similar to making a Granita? Chuck the yogurt and some ice in a food processor or something? Just trying something...it's not a tested method :P

Hi, I am from India. I am 5'4" and I weigh (gulp) 217 pounds. Hoping to lose a substantial amount of weight with the help of this tool. I have lost about 8 pounds in the last 2.5 months and I need to speed it up...grrr! Anyhoo, best of luck to all of us :D
