I mix it up a lot, too. I have done at least 5 of the Beachbody programs, and seen great success with some (mainly T25) and gotten bored with others. I did T25 and LOVED it...25 minute workouts weren't bad to be able to fit in, even with double Friday's. I am doing a TurboFire/PiYo hybrid now and I like that, too. DEFINITELY EAT MORE! When I was doing T25, I was eating 1600 and now I'm eating around 2000 with my PiYo/TurboFire hybrid and I'm still losing weight. I've lost nearly 40 pounds. Since it uses weights, your heart rate doesn't get up there as much as a cardio does. I enter my workouts at 250 calories each, even though some days I burn more and some days less.

Speed 2.0 was and still is my favorite one. Speed 3.0 is okay, but there's roughly 80 burpees. Ouch.

I could seriously feel it today after just doing the fundamentals last night haha. I'm doing the Gamma Strength Hybrid right now which brings in some Alpha and Beta workouts and today was Upper Focus. Those planks and push-ups...ow after yesterday haha

I did the stretch one in the first few weeks because I felt my body really needed it. Once I got further in, I valued the rest more haha. But just listen to your body! It did help my muscles recover better, I think.
