My face, neck, and my back fat!!! I've lost 15lbs and have lost 9 inches from all over my body but these are the places I lose it first!! Sure wish my tummy would go!! :grumble:

On my off days this weekend I ran several miles. I will continue with the program even though I don't FEEL like I need it, I could probably try to pick up my pace during the intervals. I am going to trust the program and before I know it, the intervals will be over anyway. Thanks for your thoughts guys!!

Starting W4 D1 tonight and i'm terrified. I've rocked the past 3 weeks and have lost 14lbs in 28 days!! It's a great program and I know I can do this!! I def need friends doing it so if anyone wants to friend me that would be great. I'm really going to need support in these last few weeks!!

Kemps frozen yogurt!! Moose tracks is the best, there is also chocolate caramel brownie, peanut butter cup, and cookie dough!! They are all 150cal or less for 1/2 cup!!! It's the perfect amount to satisfy a sweet craving!!! It's amazing!!

How many lbs do you have it set to lose a week? Maybe bump it down to 1 lb per week if you have it set on 2 and try that. You may not feel so hungry!! Just a thought. Low carb made me feel really pissy and hungry. I couldn't do it, it def isn't for everyone!!!

Most mornings I eat 2 Kashi waffles with lowfat peanutbutter and a banana. It's so good!! I try to keep my breakfast under 500 cals.but it has to hold me until lunch (6 hours). I usually don't have time for a snack between 6am and 12pm!
