  • You are one of my greatest inspirations now. You are so supportive on here and on FB and I love that. You have a "been there, done that" story, but you don't just tell it. You make sure you tell it AND you encourage others. I love that about you. Thanks for being my friend and my cheerleader!! By the way, you look…
  • Wow, awesome!! You have done an amazing job with this. You were and still are such a beautiful woman! You are a true inspiration!!!
  • You are doing amazing, Stef!! I'm super proud of you for sticking with this and being consistent with it. I know some days it is so hard, but you are sticking to it. Yeah, you have a day here and there that is over or you don't feel like exercising, but you just keep going anyway. You don't let one bad day get you down.…
  • I think it should not be stressed to a point where a child is self conscience of themselves, no matter what their weight or health because then it can create unhealthy diet habits. But I do agree that it is something that needs to be understood from an early age. Not necessarily the weight part though, just overall good…
  • That is awesome. I'm at around 203, so ONEderland is my next goal :) Is that your son in your profile picture (I read your page you have a son 18 and about to graduate)? If so, he is TALL!!! lol
  • You look great. Way to go!!!
  • I <3 you, Kim!! lol Since adding you as a friend, you've been great motivation and support to me. I need and appreciate that. And it's great seeing your progress and knowing that it CAN be done. You know how I feel. You've been there. Thanks so much!
  • I don't know because I've never tested it. But to test it, you would have to do the exact calories and exercise daily, so that your day would be an exact replica every day. If you can burn the exact amount and eat the exact amount for 5 weeks straight, let us know if it works. lol Glad you are here though :)
  • You are truly amazing and you look awesome!!! You have done what I am currently trying to do. I started at about an 18, tight 16 and I can't wait to just reach a single digit pant size!!! lol That will be an accomplishment like no other for me!! You are such an inspiration and thank you so much for sharing your lifestyle…
  • I bought a cheap Playtex sports bra for now because no matter what I get, I'll have to order it and wait on it to arrive. I don't want to wait that long to even exercise. lol But it's actually a nice bra. The girls still have some bounce in them, so it's not great, but it is a huge improvement over what I had at first.
  • Ok, for the Enell bras: is it hard to get those things fastened? I agree with the person that said it's like armor (she said it in a good way though)!! lol It looks like it would take forever to get those fasteners done and then it looks like it's super tight. Doesn't compress your boobs to the point of pain and doesn't…
  • The weight of your boobs doesn't make it slide up your back? I tried a cross strap bra once before and my boobs were so heavy, that it made it slide up and I had the bra rubbing near the back of my neck. lol Even regular bras rise up my back and make my boobs look really saggy and low. *sigh*
  • Maybe I'll try the doubling up then. I'll find a decent sports bra at Walmart or Target and then use a regular bra also. Anything to give me a bit more support than I have now. Thanks for the suggestions!!
  • Great job!! That is a huge difference. And you can really tell in the face pics.
  • I did have to enter my personal info into it at first, so I know it's calculating when I walk. But there are several modes to it, and the only mode that has the calorie burner on it, is the pedometer mode. So I'm really leaning towards it only tracks calories for that. And *I* read the instructions. lol If I waited on…
  • Awesome job!! You look great!
  • You look GREAT!!
  • You have done amazing!!! And you look great! You are a great inspiration. And I'll add you, because I love all my MFP "cheerleaders." They help me so much!!
  • That is awesome!! Me and hubby both want and need to lose weight. I'm about 75 lbs overweight and he wants to lose about 50 lbs. I'm tracking on here and I really need to start exercising. He's making some better choices, but he's not tracking calories and he's not exercising yet either. But he is very encouraging of me…
  • There is definitely a difference!!! Wish I had taken pics when I first started so I could see if 8 lbs makes a difference for me. Keep up the great work!
  • I had googled it to find those links. lol
  • You look amazing! Great job!!! I understand how you feel. I have been big since elementary school and you get use to using it as a barrier against people. You want to hang out and have friends, but at the same time, it's your protection. And you start to feel that if someone IS your friend when you are big, then they must…
  • That is amazing. I know people always say don't lose so fast, but if you were still eating the right amount of calories and exercising, then you did it healthy. It's crazy when you realize how many calories a day you eat when you are overweight and then tone it down to where it needs to be and the weight can just melt off.…

  • Awesome job!!! You look fantastic!!!
  • Or a combination of an elephant's penis and a sperm whales brain. lol
  • I've lost a newborn and now I still need to lose a gold brick!!! lol
  • Looking good, Stef!!! We have the same body type, so I look exactly like you do!! (I also have overhang under my panty line... blah!!!). I'll try to do some before pics soon and share them with you also. I don't have a full length mirror though, so it'll be harder. hehehe
  • You've been doing a great job and your plan sounds great to me. I love that you are happy with even the small losses, and that you aren't trying to lose it all at once. That is where so many people mess up. Keep up the great work, Stef.
  • You have done a great job. You look like a different person!
