If you moved your calories to 2575/day... and you burned 500calories from working out one day then you would get 3075 calories for that day. Some people eat back ALL their calories while some eat back half or so.. I tend to eat my exercise calories..

Best bet is to talk to a doctor... For me, if I have too much Potassium then I get extreme cramps. I've only come across a few people who are like me where we can't even eat a whole banana otherwise we cramp up really bad.

I was upset that I put some weight back on too, and then i re-measured myself and realized I have been loosing inches :) Always a great idea to measure too :)

That is awesome :-) I was using the elliptical's machine "calories burned" for quite some time, but it doesn't take my weight into factor. It just counts the time, the level of difficulty, and calories burned. So for 5 minutes -hard by the way I was only burning a tiny amount but according to MFP's numbers the burn was…

I would agree that those are "good" sugars so I don't think there's any need for concern. I used Google and got several articles, as long as you don't go overboard with the fruit and only eat just fruit you'll be fine. http://drbenkim.com/articles-fruit.html…

It really has nothing to do with being short. Different bodies, different styles, different metabolisms.. I know some tall people that lose weight slowly. It's all about your diet and exercise.. The guy is right. Toning or building muscle might not make you Lose weight but it does help with Toning and lifting and making fat come off. Just by changing your routine and doing weight training you can make your body look more fit and receive the desired effect.

I'm 5'3" .. CW 205lbs GW 155-175 with majority muscle ..if I can drop lower then, Awesome. After reading a few pages of people who are 5-5'2" weighing under 200lbs I sure do feel like a fatty :/
