FIVE lbs in one week! You can do it just be honest count the cals. and get some exerice even if you just walk 15 mins out 15 mins back. See how far you get each day! Do not give up! Oh yea try green tea,and 8 glasses of water. GOOD LUCK ! :flowerforyou:

Go to the food click the button and enter honestly what you have eatten today. It will tell you if you are over or under. my calories for the day are 1200 but I get more when I walk. Good luck :flowerforyou:

Try grilling porta bella mushroom caps. I marinade mine in yosadas and then grill them about 3 mins. on each side top with low fat cheese. Even the teens beg for them. YUMMY :flowerforyou:
