I've stopped baking. I love baking, it's a stress reliever. But I'm the one who can't stop at one cookie or one piece of cake. So I haven't baked anything. :(

I'm so jealous. My brother and I were going to sign up, that would have been my first 5K. Unfortunately, I ended up with Plantars Fascitis and the put an end to my running. My foot has healed and I am finishing WK7 of C25K. My next goal is Epcot in the fall. I can't wait to hear about your race.

My Polar FT4 arrived Weds. I used it Thurs and Fri and it works great. I was using several other calculators to figure my calories burned and it was off by 55 and 80 respectivly. The only way I was able to stop was cold turkey and it wasn't pretty. I got a little grouchy! I quit for Lent one year and I do occasionally have one here or there, but I usually chose water now.

If there is plenty of ice, it will keep for the day or two that it's in there. You could always make up burgers and freeze them, cook them the second day. Lunch is usually sandwiches and chips with fruit. I usually buy stuff that I don't normally have at home to make it a little more festive.

I grew up in IL and IN where Mac and Cheese was an entree. I've lived in Alabama for the last 25 years and here, Mac and Cheese is considered a vegetable. I do love Fried Green Tomatoes and grits!

I agree with you, I don't usually think about it until I see myself in a picture and then I'm so disgusted with looking that way. My boyfriend has a picture of my daughter and I on the beach (winter) and all I can see is how fat I am. It's his favorite picture; weird.

The scale isn't moving so this morning I tried on a sundress that was my daughter's, it is comfortable enough around the stomach but the top is now too big. So good and bad, but I have 2 more dresses to go from her closet.
