  • Two years ago I was trying to get healthier and lose weight. I ran in the Jingle Bell Run and had enough pledges to recieve a skinny shirt with their logo as a reward. The shirt is a skinny medium and I want to be able to wear and feel good in it by Dec. 1 (the next Jingle Bell Run). I'm hoping I'll be ready for that race…

It was a struggle for a couple of months, but then I hopped out of bed and while I wasn't thrilled, I was motivated to go. I felt bad if I missed a day. Then a stressful time and I…
  • Hello, I am new to MFP and back to being a vetarian since April. I'm 48 and a single mom and trying to remake some of the dishes I love using substitute ingredients. I would like to exchange ideas about creative cooking.
  • What disappoints me is that since I've lost 16 pounds, my boobs are smaller and it makes my stomach look bigger. I feel more out of proportion now than I did before. How is that fair? I will never be able to wear a crop top, but I want my stomach to shrink along with the ladies. Has anyone had their feet lose weight? I had…
