I didn't see the "twice" but going from minimal exercise to this is going to take a few days to adjust. You'll see I'll be doubling challenges before you know it and bringing in more money for our team.

C25K WK2 - 200 Jumping Jacks - 500 Under Calories - 200 Water - 50 Journal complete - 50 Lost 1 pound - 100 Total - $1100 I feel the jumping jacks in my arms. Surprisingly enough, I still am not suffering from the crunches. I'm thanking my stand-up desk at work for my core strength. I love that desk!

Hi, my name is Lisa and I'm 51. I just can't seem to stay motivated. I eat pretty healthy then go on a junk food binge for a couple of days. I'm having trouble jump-starting my exercise.
