I peeked at your diary. Your overall cal are ok but you are quite over on your fat grams a lot of days. You may notice a difference in yourself if you try to get your fat grams in line with what it tells you to eat.

I love it! It's a challenge and I get all excited when I go all day and end up under my sodium or I've eaten all my potassium (which is hard!) I get in bed and think my workout and food for the next day and get all excited!!

This was HILARIOUS! Because it's me in a nutshell, or shall we say-me in a bottle of wine! While the wine isn't the most awful thing on earth the bag of chips that goes with it is. I litterally had to stop buying wine since I couldn't keep my face out of it. It is the one thing I've given up. Booooo!

I'm 5'10" and have a large frame. I just measured my wrist at 7". I wear a size 12 shoe. I'm 155 pounds and on the small size of a size 8. My jean inseam is a 34. I think there is a very real thing as a large frame. I'm certainly not a small frame by any stretch.
