Instead of working out after your shift ends could you go before? Since you work night shift I'm guessing you sleep in the day and wake up to go to work. Can you get up an hour earlier to get that burn in first? I always prefer working out in the morning before my day starts, no mater what time that is.

For dinner tonight I had costco pizza (the big slice, 1/6 of the pizza) with everything on it, a portion of the chicken ceaser salad and coke to drink. It was really good. I can not Zumba! I have tried, several times. I just can't get my feet, hips, feet and arms to move in different directions at one time! I LOVE to dance so I really thought I'd like Zumba but I just can't get it down.

It's much harder for me as well. I'll be 39 in a couple of weeks and have been working out 6-7 days a week for 6 weeks now. The scale finally moved for the first time last week. In my late 20's I lost it much faster. Guess I should have kept it off!

When I have a bad binge day the next day I feel AWEFUL!!! When I remember that feeling it helps me not to have another bad day.

I'm mid book 3 now and only read a few pages a day just due to time constraints. I loved Twilight and I love this too. Just an escape for a couple of minutes a day. Nothing wrong with that. I can't decide if the overly orgasmic girl bugs me or if I'm a bit jealous LOL! :tongue:

I like cereal but I don't eat it very often because I'm always STARVING an hour later so it just adds more calories to my bottom line at the end of the day. My fav is actually Wheat Chex with just a tiny smidge of sugar on top.

I am so right there with you! I could have written your origional post! I'm so sick of losing and gaining and I just want it gone! I lost 150 after my last child was born. Gained 80, lost 80. Now I've gain 40 and I'm done with it! I've been working out now for a month and doing great at it. Time to start my calorie…
