I have FB to keep in touch with family and finding/reconnecting with old classmates. I like having a way to connect to a lot of people I care about in one area, but I can understand that it's not everyones cup of tea. PS: Most online sites are like that, even MFP has something like that in their terms of use (#18 in the…

Me too! One of my Least favourite body bits on myself. I'd already be able to fit into size smaller pants right now if it weren't for my chunky monkey Stupid thighs. *grumbles*

Got My Geek On. I read Terry Pratchett, F. Paul Wilson and Simon R. Green often. I'm Addicted to Doctor Who (old and new, thank you very much. Tom Baker was an Awesome Doctor)! I've re-Watched Dr. Horrible more times than I care to admit just now. Red Dwarf, Black Adder, Star Trek, IT Crowd, Quantum Leap .. I have a soft…

Dr. Horrible is Awesome! I can't wait to see the next one! I've watched the Evil Dead the Musical on Youtube *lol*

I have been reading the Repairman Jack series by F. Paul Wilson for a while now. I'm about 40% in to "The Dark At The End" and taking it slow 'cause I really don't want it to be over yet *lol* Thank goodness F. Paul Wilson has some novels of 'Jack' before he became 'Repairman Jack' coming out soon.

<---- My name is Christina. I think that's hilarious! Only because I have went through the opposite my whole life. I get called ChristinE a lot, even now as an adult. People have even written out my name and then said "So, Christine ... " to me.

probably got deleted if it went against the MFP Terms of Use.

Have you set your stride length for both walking and running? That could skew your fitbit tracking quite a bit. And remember that it shows calories burned for every step you make while the fitbit is on you. I wear mine 24/7 As for the start/stop times.. that's so that fit bit knows Not to count the calorie burn twice when…

I love mine. For me it was worth the money. I wear it 24-7 (it has a sleep band for tracking how restful sleep is for you) and have not been disappointed yet. Have you checked out the FitBit Group on here yet? Lots of FitBit users there that can give info too. Cheers! :flowerforyou:…

Not that many Mod's on the Forum's (Unlike Groups, which are Moderated by the specific group creator) .. MFP relies on us to Report posts to have them removed usually. Even original Topic posters have to Report their topic and request deletion to get it off here. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/welcome/guidelines

A hand full of curiosity questions just because inquiring minds wanna know... Will doing this cleanse seriously enhance your holiday experience? How so? Ok, now as a gal who's gone through Dr. prescribed cleanse treatments before ... have you considered that because you've never tried it before you may ... * Spend part or…

That's a REAL thing??? I thought that was just a joke on Glee. WOw. I'm seriously not sure that is the way to go, I agree with the ones suggesting eating clean. http://www.afterelton.com/TV/recaps/glee/116?page=last%2C1

I'm 5'1 and going by charts and such my 'Ideal' weight is supposed to be around 105 to 118.. The last time I was at around 135ish people thought I looked Too thin and were always commenting on it to me and trying to feed me *lol*. I have a hour glass body shape so I already don't look my weight even now. The weight that…

Good point. I think, truth be told, that this thread was more amusing to those that were involved with the Topic the OP was poking fun at, and the rest were in the 'you had to be there' area. That doesn't always play out well in the online world (especially with out context to go by.) Kind of moot at this point,…

That's what I do. As long as you don't go over your calorie limit usually you're good. An acception might be if you have a food sensitivity/allergy to something you like. If that's the case then you probably won't lose as much when you are consuming those things. I'd request a Food Allergy test from your Doctor if you can.…

No. The regular account is all Free all the time. You can do the Premium membership for $49 a year, but it's not necessary or required. I just use the free stuff myself, and love all it has to offer.
