Everyone is doing great! I think for a first punishment for being early on, we should stick to one type of exercise with a set number to do through out the week because not everyone can do it every day. Start lower and then build up from there, week to week.

I think it's good to have a plan of attack. Mainly I would see where you may have the most time during the day and plan for your work-outs then. I also have iron deficiency but it's under control with a one-a-day vit. One thing to really look at with fighting back hunger is if you have had enough lean protein. Women don't tend to get enough of it especially.

@Gorgie, glad to be on your team! @redwood, strength training(as I have learned the hard way) really puts you over the edge in weight loss. I was stuck for over a year at the same weight. Then started lifting heavier weights and that was the key. I dropped 10 lbs. It can be done! You will love it!
