Like everyone said, its all personal preference. I'm 5'2" and I'm aiming at 140. Once I get to 140 I'll see if I want to stay or lose a bit more. Take it one step at a time! Goodluck! :)

I get this too! Hasn't happened for a bit since I started eating bananas and drinking tons of water. So I agree with everyone on this.

I'm 5'2" and I'm looking to get down to 140 and take it from there. If I'm happy with 140 I'll stay there, if not on to 135 or 130. But I personally think I'd look great at 140. Especially if I build muscle. :)

I don't believe it. If that was the case I wouldn't be able to eat from 6 or 7pm to midnight. Thats about 6-7 hours before I slept. Doesn't sound accurate at all.

I want to lose about 40 to 50 pounds. Its not 100 but its still a significant amount of weight. I've always been about 30 to 40 pounds over weight and I recently gained quite a bit. I'm 5'2 at 180 so that makes me apparently "obese." Looking to change that. Been here a week so add me if you'd like support. :)

I usually guess based on what the meat deparment put on it. For example yestarday I bought 2 chicken breasts and they were a little over a pound, I ate one and my bf ate one. Since there are 16 ounces in a pound I cut it in half, so 8, and added a few more ounces just incase.

Personally, I would not add any ____ substitutes to my anything. You wouldn't eat a chicken breast if it was made out of chicken substitute so why do the same with your sugar? Just work out to burn the sugar calories.

Wow! That is literally my mom AND my older sister!! Growing up was hell! I hardly if ever speak to my sister, thankfully she lives pretty far, and I try to avoid my mother as much as possible. Glad to know I'm not the only one but its sad to know many people have family members like this.

That was me 2 years ago!! I gave up soda, expecially Coca-Cola for a whole year. I wouldn't even let myself have a sip! After the initial year I drink it from time to time. At most a cup a week. But I started drinking about 2 Arizona Lemon Iced Teas or more a day so I recently cut that out as well. That was 20 times easier…
