Have you thought of making smoothies with 100% whey powder? You can make it with berries and spinach for a terrific treat that is low-cal, low-sodium, low-fat, and HIGH protein. That's what I do!

The desire to snack late at night is definitely a problem I share with you. The only thing that works for me is chewing gum. It is low-calorie, sweet, and it keeps my mouth busy, LOL.
