I haven't checked in for a couple of days but I am running 310 calories behind where I should be right now. TOM struck early Thursday morning and zapped my energy. I am going to try and get it made up this week or start all over again. Today is day ten for me.

Not a bad starting day for me I burned 794 calories in exercises and drank 10 glasses of water. I was thankful when a friend called and asked me if I wanted to go walking. - It helps when you do it with a friend. Well I just hope I can keep it going tomorrow.

Don't resort to eating comfort foods at this times. Focus your emotions on something constructive. When something goes wrong with me I get out and walk and walk and walk - till I get my emotions back into perspective.
