I have the 30 day Day and Night contacts. I do take mine out everynight; however, I don't dispose of them when the 30 days are up. I usually wear them for another month or two or until they start bothering my eyes.

It's take me about 40 - 45 minutes to get to work (30 miles one way). I drive a 2003 2-door Ford Focus and I fill up 2 days a week and spends about $30 to $40 twice a week.

I rotate my breakfast between a bagel and cream cheese or Special K Breakfast Sandwich. I also have yogurt 5 days a week for breakfast and lunch. My lunches are the same boxes meals between either WW Smart Ones or Lean Cuisine.

I'm up at 4 am, get ready for work and then at work until 1:30 pm and then I hit the gym for an hour or so. I would get to the gym in the morning, but my gym doesn't open until 5:30 am.

I took Topamax for over 10 years because of seizures and did loose weight myself. However, I had to stop taking it because I ended up with kidney stones. Not pleasant. Good luck!

Hi agree with you... Feel free to add me. I am always up for more people to motivate me in getting healthy. I am a 38 year old (39 next month) mother of two and been married to husband for almost 13 years. Have been on a few different diets and on a constant yo-yo. SW: 279 CW: 269 GW: 200 (possibly more later once I reach…

I am also in the same process of losing 100 lbs. If I can loose that by my 40th birthday next year... awesome for me, but I'm just taking things nice and slow. I sent a friend request and if anyone else out there needs motivation and support , feel free to add me. Good luck too all!

I am back for my second time around as well. This time I'm really making the effort... I'll be 40 next year and want to look great. I will send a friend request over... good luck and welcome back!

New Kids on the Block... and I am planning to see them again this summer. LOVE THEM!!

I've got the same issue at my gym. I usually get there between 2:30 and 3:00 pm and there weren't very many people at that time, so it was very nice. But now over the last couple weeks, there have been so many people there at that time, that I can't deal with it. It's can be very hard to get on a machine sometimes. I am…

I do anything and everything just to have that extra piece or two of pizza...

I've had the same experience. When I lost 45 lbs back in 2006, I went from a 44D to a 42C. And I've been told by a few that this does happen.

Go ahead and add me... we can all use the support and the motivation to keep going.

I have two kids - 19 year old son and a soon to be 12 year old daughter (in 2 weeks). I also have a stepson who currently lives in Michigan with his mom and he's 17. It's nice with them being older now... I have all the free time for myself to exercise and do whatever.
-
I do about 30 - 60 minutes on the treadmill, 45 - 60 minutes on the elliptical, and 20 - 30 minutes on the stationary bike. I don't do them all in one day, I switch things up everyday. I go to the gym 5 days a week and hope to soon make an effort to get there at least once over the weekend.

I am right there with you all. I was never overweight as a kid or teen, but then I got pregnant with my son at 19 and gained 35 lbs... luckily I lost all of that weight after he was born, but then I really hit rock bottom when I got pregnant with my daughter in 2000. I gained about the same and was never able to get it…

I also have been on this site on and off for a couple years, but I to am starting to take things more serious this time around. I am going to be 40 next year and really want to feel great about myself... Add me as a friend if you like!

I am in the same boat as you both. I am 38 and was never overweight growing up, but once I had my second child, I slowly started gaining the weight and have been successful with Weight Watchers, but of course, I gained it all back and more. I am really hoping to feel great by the time I turn 40 next year. Good luck to you…

This is a great site to be on. I have been on this site on and off for a couple years and am hoping to keep up with it on a daily basis. I have a problem with jotting things down on the weekends and need to start doing that. Good luck with your journey and I will sent you a friend request.

Wow... that's amazing. Good for you!!! I am hoping to loose between 80 and 100 lbs myself. I was never overweight growing up and even lost the 35 lbs I gained with my first born. I slowly started gaining the weight after my second child and with the stress from work and raising my family, I packed on the pounds. I really…
