Week 2 day 5 & 6 DONE!! :bigsmile:

I also got lazy/super busy with other stuff over the holiday. I started week 2 last Tuesday and only completed 4 workouts!! I plan on catching up and doing work out 5 & 6 tonight and then workout 7 tomorrow morning, then after work I will move onto level 3!

Proud to report I came home last night and completed W2D2. Just finished up W2D3 followed by 45 min of Tae Bo to try to compensate a little for al of the food I ate today!!! I agree that the plank cardo circut is tough, but I think the move I hate the most is the push up with leg move...YUCK!!:sick:

Moved on to week 2 last night, so D1W2 DONE!! I gotta say for the most part I liked level 2... my arms were burning by the end from all the plank exercises, but that's the point right?? Will do day 2 tonight. :happy:

Finished up week one last night after Zumba class... really burned up some calories yesterday! I really enjoyed the workout for the most part, couple of things weren't my favorite. I also liked the second circut the best. Starting week 2 tonight after work.

No RI30 yesterday, I did Zumba in the morning and then took the rest of the day off. So to make up I did W1D5 this mornong and just finished W1D6 this evening. I have been making my husband do the workouts too and he also hates the running man, he does jumping jacks instead... but as long as he is working out I am happy…

W1D4 - done!! Totally loving this workout! Gonna try to squeeze in Yoga melt down tonight also. Not sure how tomorrow is going to work, we are having a Thanksgiving, I plan on going to Zumba in the morning, kinda afraid to do RI30 before Zumba, I might not make it! :bigsmile: But if I don't get it in before... W1D3 done!! My chest and ham strings are a little sore today, but other than that I feel great!! Picked up the DVD on my way home last night and was so excited I started level 1 as soon as I got home!!:laugh: Anyway, I guess I did W1D2 this morning as I plan on going to Zumba tonight. Feeling great! Also did my measurements: Hips: 41 Waist: 31 Chest 40 Thigh 24.5 Weight 157.4

I have never really paid attention to the message boards on MFP before. I guess I have been missing out. Based on the posts I have read it appears you all will be starting Ripped in 30 tomorrow and I would love to join your group. Thanks!

If you are also looking for workout videos I recommend some Jillian Michaels videos. I have Yoga meltdown, 30 Shred & Shred with weights. The Shread videos have several 25 min workouts on them and the Yoga video is a 4o min workout. They are all kickbutt workouts, plus they are only like $10 each!
