Mine is strictly the fact that when I got on the scale, it was a 3 in front of my weight. I feel sexy now, and I have great self-esteem - but that 3 made me feel like i deserve my own show on TLC where they film me doing every day stuff but getting winded doing it.

i am a self-contained special education teacher for elementary school...Our lunch is at 11:30, and we usually have a snack time about 9:00am and 2:00 when they wake up from nap... so i'm pretty good balanced.
