hey everyone, I am looking to lose anywhere from 120 to 150lbs, depending on how I feel when I get down to 200lbs. I weighed 318lbs, weighed in last week, weighed 311lbs... and my ultimate goal is 200lbs.. but who knows If I wanna go more. feel ree to add me.

No, I live in a townhouse, so no basement for me... But I was telling my fiancee' that it wasn't in the fridge part at Winn Dixie, it'll be okay out at our house. I think thats what we're gonna do.

I live in Alabama, in the deep south - so it's definitely hot here, too. But I keep my house cold (like 65-69)... I'm gonna check that site out.

I was asking just in general.... because for instance, I know if you put bananas in the fridge, they spoil. Interesting... I usually put EVERYTHING as far as fruit / veggie in the fridge except bananas...

First off, all you guys feel free to add me. I am a special ed teacher at the elem level. Second, The summer weight I gained this summer is what motivated me to start trying to lose weight. I only have been doing MFP for a week. I have gained almost 30lbs since May! That's disgusting! But think about it, it makes sense...…

Thank you so much for all the responses.... Crunches were the first phase on the exercise plan, and the 2nd is sit-ups. I may go back to doing the crunches... But, I am really really thankful for all the results. It makes me feel better that I'm not alone, and that I could be doing better...

Hey everybody on this thread! I'm Tara, and I am doing weight watchers again. I am not paying for it by any means, but there are some awesome websites that have TONS of information about the program, so you really don't have to pay if you don't want to! Everybody add me! I weigh in officially after my first week on Monday.

My hardest time is right before bed. I have been so used to munching on chips, crackers, etc as I wind down watching tv and getting ready for bed.

This is so sad. I live in Alabama, and in the past week we've had two shootings, one was a mass shooting - where a man opened up fire into a night club and injured 17 people. What is wrong with people?

I totally never bought the processed foods at the meetings, most of them taste like cardboard, basically. I am doing a weird hybrid of the two... the only success I ever had was on weight watchers in the past, so obviously I am going to what i know.

I am fat because I look at food for celebration, and I'm a foodie. I love it, analyzing it, blogging about it, going to dinner. Plus, I don't exercise.

I am currently following the weight watchers plan, because it's realistic and easy for me to keep track of, but I use this site, and I do log my food, etc. I love the social aspect of this site, and just the support.

I will definitely co-sign on this! We have definitely (if we are overweight) at one point in time, have encountered people who are negative or have things to say that are ugly, and it just definitely takes a toll on people. We are sensitive, regardless if you act it or not, respect others!

I ate a packet of maple and brown sugar oatmeal, apple slices, and water. I also like peanut butter bread with a banana, too.

I also have found that I found myself "hungry" because it was time that I usually would eat a mid-morning snack, my body had adjusted to that time to have a snack, and was conditioned into thinking i was hungry...
