Nah, the environment we live in encourages obesity. You don't see indigenous peoples on their native diets becoming obese even with massive food surpluses. I don't consider it anyone's fault for being overweight. Too much of the information regarding weight loss from the US Govt is incorrect as well which doesn't help.

You're right, about 90% of women do not fit that description, most women do not come close to having a feminine body shape. Women can be masculine, and men can be feminine, that doesn't mean feminine qualities are masculine and masculine qualities are feminine. There are just masculine women and feminine men.

I wasn't trying to tell anyone to do what I do...... it worked for me last time, I only eat 3000 once a week, which is close to my maintenance calories. I generally lose about .8lbs of weight and maybe .4lbs of fat a day like this.

I just feel like I'm wasting my time if I'm not eating the minimum. I'm just extreme like that so don't be like me. I mean I could run on a treadmill for two hours or I could just not eat those carbs and save the cost of the food and the time lost burning it off lol

I never workout if I have been sleep deprived, I make sure to always get a good nights rest before and after. If I had no option, I would just take things slower and lower the intensity.
