I haven't ran since I was 4 weeks pregnant. Do you all think it would be alright to start back up again (now in week 20)? I would take it very slowly, of course. I just need to do something to be active again!!

I definitely understand how you feel. The scale has not yet gone up for me, but I feel like I am ALWAYS hungry. And, like you, the only thing I can tolerate is carbs. I'm still in the nausea stage, and ANY meat creeps me out. Even though the scale hasn't gone up, I feel flabby and gross! I think you are on the right track…

I am 5'4" and weight 139. At this moment, I am wearing 7/8 pants, and they are baggy. I'd be very happy in a 6. What is your goal weight at 5'3" - 5'5"? Just Curious? In the beginning, I thought my goal was 135, but now that I'm close to that, I see a lot more room for improvement.

I have about 9 Jimmy CDs on my work computer so that I can listen to him ALL day! Just went to a concert of his last March. It was AMAZING! I'd love to see him play on the beach somewhere!!

I'm doing the 30 day shred for Disney as well! I am going in 9 weeks! SOOO Excited! My plan is to get in 30 of her workouts by the time I leave. It's not the traditional route, but I'm still excited. So far, I've only done 4. Good luck.!!!!

I experienced joint pain when I first started running again. I ran through it, and it eventually subsided. I think it is always wise to rest a day in between each run. Lately I have been having AWFUL pain in my knee when I run. I'll take a few days off and try again, and it is just awful. I'm not sure what to do about it.…
