Looking at old photos can help but honestly finding that "why" is different for every person. Some people have to hit rock bottom before the find their fire. I have used it in the past and did not notice a weight gain. I am due for my next injection and I have actually lose a good 10-15 lbs in the past three months. Take care of your body and it will be less likely you will gain (I say less likely because everyone's body is different)

My first 5K was done in June of this year. I was around 100lbs over weight when I did it. I walked/jogged it instead of running. My time was 53 min The second 5k that I did was last month and I dropped the time to 48 min :)) Making progress <3

I am currently using it and I really like it. I use fresh berries and 2% milk with mine. Its the first time I have used a shake and it keeps me pretty full :) I just make sure my one meal a day is relatively healthy (i use two a day, you can also use one a day)
