i have noticed that when i ovulate i'm starving and bloated!! normally women get like this the week before her period is to arrive but not I, lol. i try to drink water and snack healthily (yogurt, nuts, fruits).

i'm honestly not sure what the injury is. my back started off sore for a few weeks and then last Thursday the pain intensified by 100. it's really unbearable!!! the Dr did an xray and said it looked good. he said he is "suspicious" (his term) as to why i can't bend forward at the waist or extend my left leg straight out.…
