just b/c i don't log it doesn't mean i "cheat". i seriously doubt i've gained weight b/c i don't log the weekends food wise.

i don't eat any differently on the weekends (less actually). i don't have time on the weekends .

i normally eat better than yesterday. Monday's are rough with the kids, lol.

the clothes that were too big a few months ago are now snug and uncomfortable.

okay, i made it public. i'm quite active (i have 4 kids and 3 are under 5). i run 3 miles a day 5 days a week and i do 45 minute circuit training with kettlebells 2 or 3 times a week.

i get hungry days too. it's very frustrating. i keep no junk food in the house but i still end up pigging out on rice cakes, wheat thins w/ laughing cow cheese wedges, carrots and tuna, hard boiled eggs, etc... what's helped me is to make a list of healthy snacks and tape it to the fridge.

i'm not nor have ever been a breakfast person (bad, i know) so i just make myself a whey protein smoothie. non-fat yogurt, milk, fruit, and whey protein.

love love LOVE it!!!! there is such a variety of workouts with them and it really works every muscle!!! i was Shredding but quickly got bored but so far so good with Kettlebells!!!

i'm new here and just jumping right on it :wink: today will be day 3 on level 1 for me, i'm also walking for 30 minutes in the evening. i' hoping to lose this dreaded pregnancy weight that just isn't budging, lol. anyway, Shredding is fun but man the sweat that drips off me :noway: gross!!!
