Haha I wrote a huge post to begin with, with several Barney references but it was getting out of hand so I shortened it! The other thing I've convinced myself I wanna do, I don't know how rewarding it'd be, is to give BASE jumping a try! Quite possibly whilst suited.

It might seem sad & simple... But I plan to reward myself by buying myself a suit. To wear. Like everywhere I go.

Dimples, hands down.

Marry! I thought this topic could do with reviving, what better way than with a little casual marriage.

A request is on its way! Sounds like you know what you've got to do which is great! I wish you all the best & would gladly offer a helping hand whenever I can :)
-
I'm always happy to offer any advice & be as supportive as I can be :) I'm toying with recipes myself at the moment, I make a mean protein pancake haha
-
Freakin incredible! Really well done! Besides your eyes you can't even tell it's you in the first few photos :o

I don't mean to put a downer on this topic at all, or pull people up on things because I'm not an expert by any means but go easy on the fruit, and especially avoid fruit juices - they're FULL of sugar, it might be natural sugars but they're still insulin-inducing and will do the opposite of helping you burn fat. Go crazy…

First of all congratulations on quitting smoking, that's an achievement in itself (I don't mean to patronise)! I wouldn't worry about the pedometer, so long as it isn't saying you're losing MORE - there's nothing worse than thinking you've burnt 200 calories when you've only burnt 50 lol Lots of water is a + :) Don't go…

Resistance training along with some isolated (my preference) protein shakes which will aid your muscle repair, and if you're really so hungry that you can consume 4000 calories before lunch, try eating 4000 calories worth of veg. Just eat the **** out of any veg that you like until you're full. You'll gain weight but…

Try training while fasted (Don't overdo it! A 30min intense workout should suffice) followed by a fair amount of protein. Avoid any carbs 2-3 hours before a workout & 2-3 hours after. Training while fasted, after a nights sleep for example, will promote FAT burning which is what you should be after if you're looking to…

Couldn't agree more, get used to calorie-counting & you'll make yourself far more aware of the amount/quality of food you eat. Personally I'd focus on eating healthier, because with that will come weight/fat loss.

"Burn more than you eat" isn't exactly constructive advice now, is it. That's probably the most offputting phrase I've ever encountered. How many calories do you burn at rest? What's the quality of food you're consuming? Is it typically high in refined carbs/sugar? Cause if so, you may as well forget about losing fat.…

Depends how you're losing it, you need to configure a diet to your lifestyle, something that you can maintain & therefor enjoy. I absolutely love vegetables so I've not found it too hard altering my diet & the motivation I have to exercise has come from seeing results from my diet & wanting to speed them up a bit! You…

Oh yeah, I might give that one a try! I only downloaded Runkeeper as it syncs with my Withings Scales/account :) Consider yourself added! Thank you
-
Thank you (: added! Is there anybody else out there? Male or female? I also use Runkeeper if there's anybody with that who wants somebody new on their friends list!
-
Awesome progress! Well done :D & your girls are too cute!
