For me, I have found that keeping a journal (that I write in when I need to) has really helped. It's opened up the door for me to notice what sends me into my binge eating, what makes me feel good, etc. It's also a perfect way to get that emotional release out on paper and not in my kitchen cupboards! :laugh: I'm also…

BrunetteWife - congrats on the 13 min mile - that's awesome!!! :bigsmile: I forgot to post my starting weight for this challenge - so I'm going to go with 161.6, which is what the scale said this morning. I doubt I lose 20 pounds by Halloween, but I'd be happy with 15 or so...which is about 2 pounds per week.

I have been doing the same thing for a really REALLY long time. Have you ever thought about keeping a journal? I have a notebook that I write in whenever I feel the need and it's really helped me to realize when I'm going to binge and gives me encouragement not to do it again. This sounds great! Count me in. My name is Lisa and I've been up and down 20 pounds over the past year. The one thing that I can say is, at least I haven't given up and I'm still trying.
