I second that! I feel exactly as you described, but always head to food for comfort. WTH?!? So, I'm working until 8 p.m. this evening and hoping *fingers crossed* that I will go home and work out! I can do it! I better do it! Do you guys want to have a weekly weigh-in or anything else to help keep us on point?

Katie L - I stopped over but didn't have the option to view your food log - but I did see that we aren't friends yet so I sent you a request. :flowerforyou: As for me, I still have 15 grams of fat remaining for today and 583 calories left to consume....not so sure what I am going to eat to meet my calories for the day.

Both of these recipes sounds really good. I struggle with breakfast too. I love to eat it but always blow entirely too many calories first thing in the morning. Definitely going to try both suggestions! Thanks for sharing!

I failed on working out last night. By the time I was done grocery shopping and putting groceries away, eating dinner, etc - I was ready for bed. Back to trying to get a work out in today. All I can do is take it one day at a time! :grumble:

I don't know how to count what you're doing....maybe try entering it on www.sparkpeople.com and see if you can figure out how much a serving is based on calories....just a thought. Your recipe does sound really good though! :flowerforyou:

I haven't gotten back into exercising yet - BUT.....I did check in every day this week (one way or another) and I'm paying closer attention to what I'm eating. I had salad 3 times this week. I am paying more attention to what I am eating and I am planning to start working out this weekend. Steppin my game back up...lol

My challenge is to get back on an eating plan and working out at least 3 times per week. Honestly, I will be happy with ANYTHING that I do to get back on track, but you guys already knew that! :wink:
