im not much help as im new to all this. Maybe after you workout eat a handful of some sort of nuts as they are a good calorie booster!. also i must say, you must be getting tired of chicken! i dont think i could eat it every meal lol

you only do one level at a time. level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days and the same for 3. its ment to increase your strength. Not many people can make it through the first workout the first day or even the first couple days

i know its not crock pot but a quick way is just fry them in a frypan and then throw in a can of cream of mushroom soup and let it simmer of 5-10 mins then serve with rice im sure you could do the same thing in the crock pot tho

i just log it in under circuit training and go by that until i buy a heart rate monitor, i just dont eat all my exercise calories back just to consider the difference their may be

defiantly watch your sodium! and drink lots of water as well as eat all your calories! and a portion of the calories that you exercise or your body will eventually go in to starvation mode and start to store any fat that you eat
