no such thing as startvation mode. Someone posted a study awhile back that had proof of this. 1,200 is just recomended to stay healthy

i just fixed 4 things today! one thing the calories were WAY to high and the sodium was extremely low!

put her in some sort of sport, Kids at that age should not be counting calories or doing Adult workouts Put her in like gymnastics or soccer anything!

you should only be cooking one meal, and one meal only, if they dont like it then tough luck, they gotta learn to eat whats given to them. i count coffee seperate, but then again i have tim hortons and its loaded with sugar and cream(yum) Tea i count as water tho, since its just a bit of flavoring to it and i buy non caffinated stuff

i shower everyday but only wash my hair 2-3 times a week or else it gets grossly greasy!! I also wear my hair up while i work out which makes my hair not get sweaty from my neck!

i know its not "nice" but thats disturbing that a parent would let their child get that big! that just disgusts me to the extreme!

ive lost interest in food too, I was eating about half the calories i needed last week, just no interest in eating at all, but never felt hungry tho. Just eat what you can and try and stay your best on the healthy side, Maybe have one of your cravings once a week just so you do get that satisfaction it gives you

sorry to break it to yea but you cant spot reduce :( just do lots of cardio! you wont know where they fat will come off either, as your body is the one who choses that, you could lose from your chest,thighs and butt before you could lose from your stomach, all genetics

i can honestly say im not surprised american children have such a high obesity rate. Hell you go to a fast food place in the states ( which im sure a HUGE amount of kids get taken to) their kids meals are the size of an adult meal up in Canada!
