This is a bit odd because I HATED level 1. Absolutely loathed it. I LOVE level 2 though. Tomorrow's my last day and I'm kind of sad but I loved the way it made me push myself. My favourite move is the military press with leg extensions. Of course, I still need to pause during the planks for a couple of seconds but I can…

Thanks for all the advice guys. I think I've got to find a way to spend more time at the gym. Possibly spend more time on one machine each day and do it 5 times a week and find a sport to play over the weekend.

All good! I would love to do a 5k but I'm worried about the damage my knees will suffer from if I start doing a c25k. But thanks for the advice :) hopefully I get a bit more energy the next few weeks and start going at night too

Thanks guys. I'm currently at 1200 calories a day - diet wise and MFP has told my weekly goal is 1220 a week. The reason why I can't spend more time in the morning is that I have to rush home to get ready for work and the gym only opens up at 6. I'll try and see if I can shorten my "get ready time" and add on another 15…

How's everyone doing? sorry I haven't been able to post as much :( The weekend was a crazy busy one and had to work extra shifts.I'm exhausted! And uni starts again today.. I have no idea how I'm going to fit in working out and everything else in my hectic schedule.

Kerri, staying within the fat burning zone makes sense. I think I'll try it. Also it's good that they won't be harrasing you about getting a PT. It's the only thing I used to hate about my old gym. Push push push! Anyway, weight didn't go down but it didn't go up either so I guess that's not bad either. A bit disappointing…

Good luck with this weeks weigh in everyone! Mine is tomorrow and I'm a bit nervous but it's alright. Been a crazy week and next week will be worse! Uni starts so I have to juggle work, uni and gym. Oh well! All part of the journey :)

Make your own juice! or eat the oranges instead. Take it one day at a time and it'll work. You will get frustrated occasionally but that happens in this journey :)

I think a lot of that is dependent on your bone structure.. So unless you want to smash your bones and reconstruct them, I don't think its possible. At my smallest, I had an hourglass figure but now I'm more of a pear. I doubt I'll ever get the hourglass back lol.

I quit over two years ago and the first few days were the hardest for me. It gets a LOT easier but you have to be disciplined. I replaced my addiction for nicotine with food and gained most of my weight because of it. So if you're already making sure you're eating right and are working out, you should be fine :)

Nice! I need some tips and tricks for my wedding. Can't afford to get a make up artist (they're too expensive :()

All good! Take your time. I want to make informed choices, not ones based on fads and false research. Thanks and good luck with the grant!

That's awesome. I was thinking of cutting out a lot of my carbs because I think I eat too much of it. Would love to read more journals if you have them on hand :)

I think we should also be careful about how much we're under our calories. I don't think it's healthy if you're at a 1200 calorie diet (like me), to be much lower than that. You don't really want to starve your body..

I'm all for the mini challenge! I won't be able to work out on Monday much (10 hour shift boo) but I'll do as much as I can :)

You're moving to Melbourne? That's where I am hehe :D

I used SP for awhile but got annoyed with the format of the forum and didn't want to spend all day long collecting points. They do have great tips and exercises (which I steal and use hehe) but I prefer MFP's interface and app. I've lost more weight on MFP than I ever did on SP.

I agree with the suggested weekly challenge! It doesn't have to be something big.I'm all for it!

There's this much older lady (in her 60s) who comes in dressed up like she's going out for dinner. She goes on the reclining bicycle for maybe half an hour and does 2kg weights. She's cute though! She looks like she's having a good time so I can't hate ;)

I make sandwiches, chop up fruits and take some yogurt. It is SO much cheaper to bring my own food to uni and makes it easier on my wallet. Or make a bigger portion for dinner and keep half of it to bring to uni the next day. Cheaper and you know the ingredients so you know you're being healthy!

Sure enough I gained a pound this week but I was expecting it. I measured myself too and oddly enough, I lost another inch around my waist and another one around my hips so all is not lost? So determined to stay out of the 200s next week. Good luck everyone else! Three Month goal: Week 1 (1/7) - 97 kg / 213.4lbs Week 2…

Isn't it awesome? :) I really hope you get better. Also try some strength exercise involving your upper body as you can sit down and do it and keep off your feet!

Hahahahaha!

I'm sorry to hear that :( losing a close family member is never easy.

Be stronger than you were yesterday :)

From my personal experience, I say eat them. I eat back my exercise calories and have been able to lose an average of 2 lbs weekly. My gross calories is 1220 a day so I try to net at least 1200. Some days I go over, some days I'm under but for the majority, I keep to my net of 1220. Do what's right for you but don't put…
