what did you do as far as workouts, after work im literally exhausted to do anything, was thinking about walking the trail at my apartment complex, or walking the stairs for 30 min a day

It is raining in FL all week, but I Did go to the gym yesterday, Sunday is my rest day, but I will maintain 1200-1400 cal today, and drink at least 12 cups H20, everyone have a great day.!!!!
