  • Thanks for the replies :) I might just go for the middle option, it appears the higher calorie bratwurst are special types and what I buy is nothing special - just standard meat and nothing added.

  • I've just done my first session with the DVD and man, it made me SWEAT! It also got my heart pumping, and it was really fun and ejoyable. I did it for 60 minutes and burned 748 calories! I can't afford to go to the classes, and they're also about 20km away from me so I have to settle with staying at home and doing it, but…

  • I'd love to go to one of those classes, but the closest one is about 25km away and getting there isn't exactly cheap. I decided to get the DVD instead and do it at home. It looks really fun from what I've seen. Hope I can stick to it!

  • I know the feeling of wanting to quit. I find it even harder when my boyfriend who is as skinny as a matchstick eats and eats in front of me (crisps, cakes and other junk especially). It makes me just want to slap him and then take whatever he is eating. Add me if you like, always good to have someone to share experiences…

  • Hiya I'm also from Hampshire (living in Germany now though), good to see that there are some others from where I come from :D I also got a lot of weight to lose, going to be difficult but need all the support I can get. We could support each other along the way, seeing as we're technically "locals". K x
